New Email Signature

Installation Instructions

Important: This signature uses specific HTML code to ensure your phone number and email links remain clickable across different devices. Follow these steps exactly to maintain the layout.

• Step 1: Get the Code
  Click the black "Download Signature File" button below. It will save hmorrell-email-signature.html to your computer.
• Step 2: Open in Browser
  Locate the file in your downloads and double-click it. It must open in a web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge) to copy correctly.
• Step 3: Copy Everything
  Press Ctrl + A (Command + A on Mac) to select the entire page.
  Then press Ctrl + C (Command + C on Mac) to copy it.
• Step 4: Paste into Outlook / Mail
  Navigate to your Email Signature settings and paste the signature into the box.
  Outlook Tip: If a small clipboard icon appears immediately after pasting, click it and select "Keep Source Formatting." This prevents Outlook from stripping the code.
