Authority Web Architecture

Bespoke WordPress builds designed for long-term digital equity. Code, hosting, and infrastructure that belong entirely to you. No platform lock-in. No template debt.

Authority Web Architecture is a bespoke approach to web development that prioritizes ownership and long-term equity. We build on WordPress using clean code and infrastructure that grows with your business, ensuring your website remains a valuable asset that you own entirely, free from platform lock-in.

What It Means

You should own your website. Most don't.

Authority Web Architecture is the practice of building bespoke WordPress websites designed for long-term digital equity. Every site is architected for performance, ownership, and scalability, with code that belongs entirely to the client.

Most organizations do not own their digital infrastructure. They rent it from closed platforms that hold their data, design, and domain authority hostage. Sirrona builds on open, transferable foundations: custom WordPress themes, owned hosting environments, direct DNS control. The result is a digital asset that appreciates over time.

What's Included

Capabilities under this engagement.

Custom WordPress Themes

Bespoke themes built from scratch, not modified templates. Full ownership of every line of code.

Elementor Pro Architecture

Page builder integration where appropriate, with semantic HTML output and clean schema markup.

Performance Optimization

Core Web Vitals tuning, lazy loading, asset optimization, caching strategy, CDN integration.

DNS Configuration

Domain registration, DNS records, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and migration support.

Yoast Premium SEO

Technical SEO, schema markup, sitemap architecture, and structured data implementation.

Migration from Closed Platforms

Move from Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or Webflow to a fully-owned WordPress build with no data loss.

Engagement Format

How a typical project unfolds.

An Authority Web Architecture engagement begins with a Discovery audit of your current infrastructure. The architecture phase produces wireframes, content hierarchy, and a technical specification. Execution is performed directly on your server with staged review checkpoints. Stewardship is optional but strongly recommended for organizations that want to maintain their infrastructure at the same standard it was built to.

Engagements typically run six to twelve weeks. Pricing is project-based with a defined scope. There are no retainer minimums for project work, and no surprise invoices.

What This Includes

The full scope of an engagement.

Discovery and audit

A two-week audit of the existing site (if any) covering hosting, code quality, plugin debt, security posture, performance metrics, schema markup, and competitive landscape. The output is a written report with prioritized findings.

Information architecture

Sitemap design, URL structure planning, content hierarchy, and internal link strategy. We map every page and how it connects to the others before any design begins.

Custom WordPress build

Hand-coded theme on a clean foundation. No page builder bloat, no Elementor, no GeneratePress. The site you receive uses the minimum WordPress can use to function properly.

Schema and structured data

Organization, LocalBusiness, Person, Service, BreadcrumbList, and BlogPosting markup applied consistently. This is what makes the site legible to AI engines, not just Google.

Performance optimization

Core Web Vitals tuning, image optimization, asset minification, lazy loading where appropriate, and Cloudflare configuration. Target is sub-2-second LCP on a cold cache.

Hosting and infrastructure setup

Migration to your hosting account or ours, DNS configuration, SSL, email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and security hardening.

Documentation and handoff

Written documentation of every system, password vault setup if needed, and a recorded walkthrough so you understand what you own.

Frequently Asked

Questions before we begin.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

You work directly with the principal who designs the architecture, writes the code, and pushes the deploys. There is no account manager, no junior developer, no offshore team. The same person who scoped the work delivers it.

Can you migrate from Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow?

Yes. Migration from any platform is a standard part of the discovery phase. We export your content, rebuild on the new architecture, and 301 redirect every URL so search equity transfers cleanly.

What if I want to edit the site myself afterward?

You absolutely can. We build on standard WordPress with custom-but-clean code. Any developer who knows WordPress can pick it up. Your editorial team can update content through the standard editor without touching code.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes, separately. Authority Web Architecture is the build engagement. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and infrastructure management are covered under Fractional Technical Operations.

How long does a typical build take?

A standard professional services site is 10 to 14 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger or more complex builds (multi-region, e-commerce, custom application logic) extend from there. Discovery sometimes reveals scope that adds time, which we discuss before proceeding.

What hosting do you recommend?

It depends on your traffic profile and team capability. For most small-to-mid businesses, we recommend Hostinger Business or Cloudways with Cloudflare in front. For higher-traffic or compliance-sensitive sites, we move to Pressable or Kinsta. The recommendation is part of the audit.

Will my SEO survive the migration?

Yes, when done correctly. Every URL is mapped to its new equivalent, 301 redirects are configured at the server level, and we monitor Search Console for two weeks post-launch to catch any regressions. We have moved sites with seven-figure organic traffic without ranking loss.

Begin a Web Architecture Engagement

Build infrastructure your business actually owns.

Most websites are rented from closed platforms. Authority Web Architecture replaces that with a fully-owned WordPress build on infrastructure you control. The consultation is the first step in scoping the engagement.
