How It Works

Defined process.
No guesswork.

Every engagement follows a four-phase framework: Discovery, Architecture, Execution, Stewardship. Scope is defined before work begins. Each phase has clear deliverables.

The Sirrona process is a structured four-phase framework designed for transparency and results. We begin with a Discovery phase to audit your current state, move to Architecture to design the solution, Execution to build it, and Stewardship to manage it long-term.

The Framework

Four phases. Defined deliverables. No drift.

Every Sirrona engagement follows a structured four-phase framework. Discovery defines the work. Architecture documents it. Execution delivers it. Stewardship maintains it. Each phase has a clear deliverable and defined exit criteria, so scope never drifts and accountability is always clear.

01
Phase One

Discovery

Discovery is a structured audit of your current infrastructure, goals, and gaps. Before any work is scoped or priced, Sirrona conducts a thorough assessment of your digital and operational environment to ensure the engagement is designed around your actual needs, not a templated service package.

This phase typically includes a review of your existing web infrastructure, DNS records, email deliverability, search visibility, brand assets, and operational workflows. The output is a clear picture of where you are, where you need to go, and what it will take to get there.

02
Phase Two

Architecture

Architecture is the design phase. Before execution begins, every system, page, and process is documented in a detailed architecture specification. This document becomes the single source of truth for the engagement and eliminates ambiguity during execution.

For web projects, this includes wireframes, content hierarchy, SEO architecture, and technical specifications. For operational engagements, it includes system diagrams, process documentation, and integration maps. Nothing is built until the architecture is approved.

03
Phase Three

Execution

Execution is where the architecture becomes reality. All work is performed directly by the principal, on your server, under your ownership. There are no subcontractors, no offshore teams, and no hand-off to a junior implementation team.

For digital projects, this means deployment on your server under your ownership, build, SEO configuration, and full QA before launch. The platform follows the strategy, not the other way around. For operational projects, this means direct implementation of systems, configurations, and processes, with documentation of every step.

04
Phase Four

Stewardship

Stewardship is the ongoing maintenance and strategic advisory relationship that follows a completed engagement. It is optional but strongly recommended for organizations that want to maintain their infrastructure at the same standard it was built to.

Stewardship engagements are structured as monthly retainers covering technical maintenance, content updates, security monitoring, and strategic advisory. The scope is defined at the outset and reviewed quarterly. There are no surprise invoices and no minimum term commitments.

Start with Discovery

Every engagement begins with one conversation.

The Discovery phase is structured, scoped, and defined before work begins. There is no charge for the initial consultation. If the engagement does not proceed, you keep the audit notes from the conversation.
